Specially designed for the area of application of leaves and grass extraction, Masterflex AG offers a product group for applications in municipal areas in which microbe resistance is an absolute must.

The different hose types in the area of microbe-resistant hoses convince with their excellent wear resistance as well as largely smooth inside walls. This reduces swirling of the sucked in material to a minimum which produces maximum suction performances with extreme wear resistance. The metal spiral is cast firmly in the wall of the hose by a special manufacturing method. The wire cannot scrape the wall and there is no deformation of the hose profile even at extreme bending radii.

The ultra-light, highly flexible hoses enable user-friendly working. The reduction in weight in comparison with similar rubber hoses is more than 40 %.

The different polyurethane hose types are available in all common sizes for all large and small sweeping machines and leaf vacuum cleaners for use as a side-mounted suction hose, as rear and leaf suction hoses in transparent or black versions. The hoses can be delivered with pre-moulded end muffs for an interlocking tight connection on request.

Master-PUR STEP MHR hoses remain in good shape even when you stand on or drive over them. The PU foil hoses are hardwearing, microbe and hydrolysis resistant and can be manufactured with an additionally integrated earthing slit for dissipating electrostatic charges in accordance with TRBS 2153 (German technical guideline for operational safety). The integrated plastic profile spiral means that they always spring back into shape. Damage due to carelessness can therefore be ruled out and a long life of the hoses is guaranteed.

Long service life is achieved by using high abrasion-proof polyurethane in the manufacture of Masterflex hoses. This material is environmentally friendly, resistant to aging and flexible when cold but above all microbe and hydrolysis resistant.
