Concetti S.p.A will be present at the Victam International fair, one of the most important world events in the feed processing industry calendar, taking place this year in Cologne from 12 to 14 June. At Victam, on a new stand (E038 - pavilion 6), dedicated to technologies for the packaging of animal feed and feed additives, it will be possible to see the latest IGF bagging system for pre-made open-mouth bags.
The packaging machine displayed by Concetti is particularly flexible and suitable for handling many different products: diced feed, granules, pellets, flours, pellets and flakes mixes and powders. It is precisely this kind of great versatility, which makes packaging machines from Concetti - active in the feed industry for 43 years – highly efficient in the production of feed and feed additives. In addition to proven and reliable bagging technology - the latter elements that have distinguished the Umbrian company over time - Concetti has equipped its systems with innovative "Industry 4.0" software, enabling the constant monitoring of production parameters.
All Concetti machines are also created with "hygienic design" in compliance with hygiene and cleaning guidelines. And, on request, it is possible to include devices for bagging in a modified atmosphere to preserve the flavor and quality of the product over a longer shelf life. Additionally, the company can integrate different labeling and coding systems for the bags, according to EU legislation, much appreciated in this highly regulated sector.
Victam International, one of the largest events dedicated to the animal feed and pet food industries, has always attracted producers and technicians from across the world, will be co-located with Grapas Emea especially for the grain, flour and rice processing industries.
